This delicious homemade granola uses 100% whole wheat oats, heart-healthy sunflower oil, and locally harvested honey. Add in whatever protein and nutrient-rich nuts you like and then top off with your favorite dried fruit!

Ingredients
-4 Cups whole wheat rolled oats
-1 Cup sliced almonds
-1 Cup pepitas
-1 Cup raw sunflower seeds
-1/4 Cup chia seeds
-1 Cup dried cranberries
-1/3 Cup Colorado Mills Sunflower Oil
-1/2 Cup Hidden Hive honey
-1 TSP vanilla extract
-1 TBSP ground cinnamon (or pumpkin spice seasoning)
-1/2 TSP sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F
2. In a large bowl, stir oats, nuts, and sunflower kernels together. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Add wet to dry ingredients, mixing well. Spread mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, add in chia seeds, and stir it up. Return to oven and continue to bake until golden, about 20-30 more minutes. Remove from the oven and add in dried cranberries and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
