-Any of your favorite in-season vegetables
-1 Package cherry tomatoes
-1 Red onion
-1 Package of mushrooms
-Mini bell peppers
-3 TBSP CM Sunflower Oil
-1/2 TBSP garlic powder
-Salt and pepper
Prepare the grill with clean grates and preheat to medium heat, about 350°F.
Cut the ends off your vegetables and cut into 1/2" slices.
Drizzle the vegetables in sunflower oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill the vegetables with the lid closed until tender and slightly charred all over.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
